Bígí linn do rang speisialta Pilates san Scioból trí Ghaeilge mar chuid de Sheachtain na Gaeilge! Le Pilates by Ray Beidh an rang ar siúl ar an Domhnach, 8 Márta ag 10am ar an fheirm. Tá an costas £15 an duine. Beidh rang Pilates 45 nóiméad againn, agus ina dhiaidh sin beidh am agaibh bualadh leis na hainmhithe agus cupán tae a bheith agaibh. Tá fáilte roimh achan duine --- Join us for a special Pilates in the Barn through Irish as part of Seachtain na Gaeilge! With Pilates by Ray The class will take place on Sunday 8th March at 10am on the farm. The cost is £15 per person. We’ll enjoy a 45-minute Pilates class, followed by time to meet and cuddle the animals with tea available. Please bring a mat if you have one – we will have a few available as well. It may be chilly in the barn, so bring a warm coat, but wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely. Hopefully we will warm up with the stretching! Don’t worry if you’re not very flexible or if you’re a beginner in Irish. This is a fun, relaxed environment to use and practise whatever Irish you have. Everyone is welcome.
