*Under 1s are free, do not book them in as a particpant!* The session will last 45 minutes and will include: -Introducing you to the donkeys and goats plus other animals -Brushing, grooming, petting, cuddling, just sitting with them. Whatever your heart and mind need for that therapeutic donkey-fix. We can tailor for everyone's needs, perfect for those struggling with mental health or for anyone just wanting a fun outing. *Please wear strong footwear and clothes you will not mind getting a bit hairy* PRICING: £7 per person 5+ £3 per toddler 1-5 years Under 1s are free

Booking Policy for Kinedale Donkeys Experiences: Reservation Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed upon payment. Full payment is required to secure your reservation. Cancellation and Refunds: Enjoy a 100% refund if canceled 48 hours before the scheduled experience. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable, with 100% of the payment retained. Participant Responsibility: Participants are responsible for their safety and the safety of their party during the Kinedale Donkeys Experiences. Guardians are specifically accountable for supervising children in their care, especially when left with our staff on the farm. Health and Safety: Please inform us of any health concerns or allergies before the experience. We reserve the right to refuse participation if there are safety concerns. Environmental Respect: Help us maintain a clean and eco-friendly environment during your visit. Kindly read our comprehensive environmental policy available on our website. Code of Conduct: Respectful behavior towards our staff, donkeys, other animals, and fellow participants is expected. Non-compliance with this code of conduct may result in removal from the experience without a refund. Inclement Weather: Activities may be modified or rescheduled in the event of inclement weather conditions. Participants will be promptly notified of any changes. Age and Fitness Requirements: Inquire about the suitability of the experience for specific age groups. Please share any fitness concerns to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. We are committed to transparency; there are no hidden charges. Force Majeure: In unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, we may modify or cancel the experience to ensure animal welfare.
