Cancellation and Refunds: Enjoy a 100% refund if canceled 48 hours before the scheduled experience. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable, with 100% of the payment retained. Participant Responsibility: Participants are responsible for their safety and the safety of their party during the Kinedale Donkeys Experiences. Guardians are specifically accountable for supervising children in their care, especially when left with our staff on the farm. Health and Safety: Please inform us of any health concerns or allergies before the experience. We reserve the right to refuse participation if there are safety concerns.
